Thomas Wolfe's childhood home as written about in the autobiographical
novel, Look Homeward Angel. This is a must. The memorialized angel is
located in the Oakdale Cemetary in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

This man made lake has 21 miles of shoreline and offers a scenic feast for
the eyes. It was the location of the 80's hit film "Dirty Dancing". The
